Ubiquitous Internet

Gotta love Panera Bread! Because of their succulent bagels and tasty coffee? Maybe, but that’s not really the reason. Besides, the coffee could use some work. Why, then? Well, it’s here that the Internet is free and reliable. Even here in Oklahoma, you can take your horse-drawn carriage to the local Panera, fire up your laptop and have instant access to the series of interconnecting tubes that are the internets!

So, here I am, connected, sitting across from my Pops who was also looking for connectivity, though, he was checking on orders and such for his job. He’s already switched computers and is now checking personal e-mail and such. I’ve stopped working on work long ago, and am now on to updating my blogg. Very important business indeed!

Anyway, “hi” from Oklahoma! Don’t worry about visiting, I’ll confirm for you that it is, indeed, still flat and boring. But, per my previous quote, I’m trying my best to find the silver lining. Haven’t found it yet, but I have found things to make me laugh:

  • Three huge dudes sit down at a booth at Chili’s. Quickly, they decide they are too big to fit in this booth and move to a table.
  • Here at Panera, I caught a woman laughing at herself as she struggled  against friction to slide into a booth.
  • Some big white dude is now talking on his cell phone in a very effeminate Oklahoma accent. His name? James Brown.
