I’ve posted here before about my frustrations with poor English in Corporate America. This took the cake for me. Someone spent money out of their budget to have this nice vinyl sign made for our Customer Service department… As I told Karl in an email missive about the same:

“That may have been one of the more difficult questions on a 5th grade Language Arts test regarding verb/noun agreement, but it’s still a 5th grade question.”

Unbelievable!
